Indirect UHT line with upstream non-aseptic homogeniser.
The UHT has a variable capacity of 5,000 – 12,000 litres per hour.
The line was used for the following products:
milk, drinking yoghurt, buttermilk and milk flavoured drinks.
Indirect heating system by means of a tube heat exchanger.
The homogeniser and protein stabiliser are at
an independently adjustable temperature of approx. 70-90°C.
Balance tank (500 litres), product pumps (Fristam),
water pumps (Grundfoss), product valves,
steam valves (Samson), flow transmitter (Krohne),
lye/acid dosing tank, reject tank 1,600 litres,
sample valve, piping, skid-mounted.
Non-aseptic GEA Niro Soavi homogenizer with 2 stages,
250 bar, pneumatic pressure control and pulsation dampers.
Motor power 110 kW.
Control cabinet with Siemens S7 PLC and Danfoss frequency converters.
