It features a bain-marie system until tempering, with compressor cooling.
The machine is equipped with a mixer that keeps
the chocolate smooth and homogeneous,
a timed trigger for automatic chocolate speed start,
a flow stop pedal, a programmable dosing unit,
and a heated vibrating table.
As an option, the machine is equipped with a dosing head
for a 275x135x175 mm mold with a heated pouring plate.
