HOT AIR DRYER FOR YARN IN BOBBINS MOD. ERSP 4/V 55 KW COMPLETE

Loading capacity of dryer:
- n° 4 trolley for a total capacity of 600 kg of cotton yarn. 6 x 5 spindles = 30 spindles x 7 packages in height = 210 packages x 4 trolleys = 840 packages x 1,2 kg = 1.008 kg.
Package diameter: 185 mm. The dryer Model ERSP has been conceived and designed through the application of the most modern engineering technologies aimed at increasing thermal exploitation and reducing to the minimum the utilized power. The constructive configuration of the dryer has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of Dye-Houses that utilize a system of hydroextraction by means of centrifugal hydroextractor and transfer of the packages (manually or automatically) on special trolleys (bound for the dryer). The working cycle is fully automatic allowing a stop of the drying operation upon reaching of the preset residual moisture and an automatic start (if selected) of the conditioning cycle. Heavy duty construction in electro-welded tubular shaped steel of adequate thickness to support the main frames.

Sandwich panelling in metal plated panels 50 mm thick consisting of one external sheet of 0,6 mm thick and one internal sheet of 0,6 mm thick filled with polyurethane insulation material. Quick assembly panels mounted with bolts and screws.

Main air inlet duct of large surface with blower mouths and air channelling system to the trolley provided with sealing gaskets for coupling against the trolleys. • Electro - fan with variable flow and lift (Galvanin Patent) in order to fit the air flow to the density alteration of packages during the working cycle; the electro - fan is driven by a tropicalized electric motor. • N° 2 Heat exchanger for use with steam with oversized irradiating surface with offset aluminium fins and strategically located as to allow the maximum thermal efficiency. Dust sealed electric panel with electronic devices allowing pre-setting of drying and conditioning cycle, acoustic / visual indicators and low-voltage pushbuttons control.

• EXHAUST AIR DUCT: Height 1000 mm - Diameter 500 mm complete with flange for mounting on existing piping. FILTER UNIT encased in double box, 95% high efficiency ensuring guarantee the best results on light colours and whites.
Filter consisting of:
- Pre-filter in fine regenerated polyamide fibres - Filter in fine glass fibres
N° 8 TROLLEYS (4 INSIDE + 4 OUTSIDE)
Provided with air channelling to ensure uniform air distribution throughout the entire surface and individually into each spindle trolleys mounted on pivoting wheels with high resistant bearings turning at any angle. Double foldable rail for trolleys hinged inside the dryer and slantable at floor level. Triangular spindles with 300 mm height thread at the top end to allow load of columns of packages of variable height.
