This machine is used for the thawing of products stored in metal drums.
Functioning: A transport line with motorized rollers approximates the drum to the lifting platform that turns the drum over.
The lifting platform consists of a base of conveyor rollers
and a set of pneumatic grippers that grasp the drum while a hydraulic device lifts it
to the unloading hopper and then, once the product has been emptied,
returns the drum to its starting position.
From the hopper, the product enters a drum where it is crushed until defrosted
and when it is in its ideal state, a positive rotor pump with screw
without end feeder moves it to a set of heat exchangers that finish
the thawing process until a liquid product is obtained.
After passing through the heat exchangers, the product is ready for the next stage
of the process.
