This line is very compact and can be used in an area of ​​less than 50 m², entirely stainless steel, easy to operate and clean with a production capacity of around 1000kg / h.
Can be easily modified to increase production quantities if needed.
With this equipment, it is possible to manufacture and supply: fresh vacuum-packed fries, whole peeled potatoes, vacuum-packed potato slices and vacuum-packed potato cubes.
