Fleissner Sieve drum dryer

The sieve drum dryer was complete overhauled in 2008.

The following measures were implemented by:
➢ Complete isolation has been replaced (no asbestos more)
➢ New bearings for the rotary screens
➢ New Drum seals
➢ New seals
➢ New Siemens S7 controller with touch screen (with security measures)
➢ New motors with frequency converter
➢ New PT-filler
➢ Latest burner technology from Thermo-Tec GmbH OEM of Fleissner
➢ CO-fighting unit
The overhaul measures were done only with OEM equipment which comes from the company Fleissner used.

The line consists of the following equipment:
Sieve drum dryer with 6-drums
drum ø 1400 mm, working width 3500 mm
2 x 1000 KW, 1x 400 KW, speed 25 m/min. can be extended.
1 St. Foulard Küster working width 2500 mm (impregnation/ one-side coating)
