-the speed of the conveyor belt.
Small 2D-knives, positioned transversally on the cutting wheel, cut your leafy vegetables in small squares.
-Cut shapes: Flat cut and crinkle cut slices: whole, halves, quarters
-Cut sizes: Various cut sizes possible from 0.8 mm up to 60 mm
