Application: EXACT granulators can be used for in line or
offline recycling of trims and edges of cast film lines or
blown film lines. EXACT machines can also be used for
re-granulating off-line rolls.
Working principle: The edge trim is fed directly into the EXACT.
Consequently, the trims are warmed up and
compressed before being cut into small compact chips of
uniform size and weight.
These chips can be transported back to the extrusion line or stored.
Output: Up to 80 kg/h
