Evilo Auto everdeging, semi auto cutting

Carpet Confection Line Evilo using PLC-control for flexibility of production include the following:
Automatic continuous overedging line.
Semi-Automatic cutting unit for horizontal cut.
Horizontal serging with auto feeder.
Inspection unit.

Automatic continuous overedging line
Input J box: Maximum width 4.3 meter with length capacity 150+/- meter.
Automatic overedging: Maximum width 4.3 meter and minimum 35 cm width with two sewing unit installed on two parallel tracks for carpet aligning.
Electronic adjustment for continuous tension on the carpet.
Fully automatic positioning of the two sewing heads using analogous detectors to synchronize the speed of sewing machine regarding the speed of the carpet transport.
Unit has four thread rupture detectors for less repairs.
Unit using direct drive system to avoid mechanical transmission for better safe use.
Complete control unit by programmed frequency controllers.
Output J box for buffer stock between overedging and cutting unit.

Semi-Automatic cutting unit for horizontal cut
Maximum usable width is 4.3 meter.
Drive system control by inverter with adjustable speed and controlled by meter counter.
Electric counter can be set on required length to stop drive system at the correct time. Sometimes fine adjustment is necessary due to slipping and cumulation of fault in the length of carpet.
Pneumatically operated falling down on movable slide.
Feeding device operated by foot pedal start/stop buttons.

Horizontal serging with auto feeder
Line is built for simultaneous continuous overedging of two horizontal sides working from folded carpet.
Conveyor belt with 9-meter length and 75 cm width.
Each sewing machine right and left mounted on slides for easily removal during any maintenance or troubleshooting.
Conveyor speed is electronically synchronizing with two motors of sewing machines by encoder to give a correct synchronization.
HMI display for setting.
PLC controlled for possibility to program according to customer specifications.
Two complete yarn feeding system with pretension and electronic yarn break detectors.
Machine can be transformed from sewing to fringing machine with auxiliary parts (not included).
