Rated at 350-430 kgs/hour on LDPE and LLDPE and
300 kgs/hour on HDPE. line consists of the following:

Model FB6000/900 inclined cleated in-feed conveyor measuring
34” w x 20’ long. 1” cleats on 12” centers. with metal detector.

Integral densifier/Agglomerater with 56 HP (42 kw)
Weg motor drive.

17” wide pull roll station with 8” diameter air actuated
steel serrated rolls driven by a 1.5 kw motor through a
gear reducer. rolls are mounted on hopper above the densifier.

Electrically heated, air cooled, non-vented extruder with
63 kw (85 HP) drive system, inverter and control panel for
the entire system.

hydraulic dual bolt screen changer with
2.6 kw hydraulic power pack.

Model HG82 water ring pelletizer with 2 blade cutter driven by
a 1.8 kw motor, 20-hole die, water system with
pellet screener and cooling blower and cyclone
