This sealer is compatible with virtually all Enercon induction sealing coils designed in the last 15 years.

The operating interface is very intuitive and displays performance indicators as well as a simplified menu-based display to control advanced functions

This induction sealer is easily installed on
an existing production line and the air-cooled power unit is
separated from the induction sealing coil,
which allows you to change the coils quickly and
easily if you need to seal different products on
the same production line.

The stainless steel bracket is fully adjustable,
so it adapts to containers of
different heights and is also suitable for
sterile and food production environments.

Operation: The container is filled and the lid or
cap placed (the lid contains an aluminum foil).
The container passes under the induction sealer,
where heat is transferred directly to
the operculum through a controlled electromagnetic field.
The heat melts the sealing material found in
the aluminum foil, adhering to the neck of the container.
This produces a completely hermetic seal.
