Specifications
The Model 9600 is a true closed-loop cleaning system that
washes assemblies to a preselected resistivity level using
only recycled DI water. During the wash cycle, the water is
continuously purified by a series of filters.
Replenishment is required only to replace evaporative and
dragout losses. All functions of the 9600 are
programmable from a control panel which also
contains a printer for program and process documentation.
The 9600 is completely contained in a
single stainless-steel cabinet, and occupies a small footprint.
No drain is required so it is easily installed.
