Heavy duty rails and full length clamp ensures the pocket is always centered in the door.
Dust Collection hookups and air blowoffs are included on each router carriage.
Doors are rolled in from either end on a set of rollers.
Optional hinge carriage can be added for machining any custom hinge size and location.
Optional CNC (3 Axis) control system with hi frequency router automatically processes the edges,
top & bottom of doors for any custom hardware.
Includes custom programming to match all customer requirements.
Available with an automatic tool changer, pre-drills and pneumatic corner chisels.
