60" x 60", 122" opening, 80" stroke.
Clearance L to R: 63"; front to back between posts: 28".
Overall platen L to R: 93".
Nominal bed: 60" x 60".
Main ram: 60" diameter.
Two pull-back cylinders: 8" bore with 4.5" diameter posts.
Eight T-slots on slide and bed.
Top mounted hydraulic system: Two 100 HP motors (1200 RPM), pressure adjustable from 450-2100 PSI; 9" prefill valve
Approximate speeds: 546 IPM fast clost, 20" - 47.5" IPM pressing, 540 IPM return.
Control system: PLC-2 Stripping force of 150 tons (less die weight). 20 ton return capacity.
Was installed in a pit with 31' above floor level.
Operator height (including what would be in pit) is approximately 70". Ladder to mezzanine.
Dimensions = 138" x 84" x 36' tall.
