The DMC 80H HiDyn from Deckel Maho is an extremely robust and durable
Machining center for heavy cutting as well as for
Precision machining. Guides and ball screws are very generous
dimensioned and have a correspondingly long service life.
The tool changer as well as the pallet changer arrive with a minimum
moving parts and sensors. The general maintenance effort is great
small amount.
Many of these machines are still used in the automotive industry today
Hydraulic industry and run more reliably than many new models of the DMC H
Series.
The core of the machine consists of a very stable bed, aligned and
fixed by 8 adjustable feet. The X-axis is determined by a thermosymmetric
