application and machine configuration.

Container size range: 2" to 7" in Diameter; 2" to 12" in Height with proper change parts.

Equipped with stainless steel incline cleated feeder with 46" long x 40" wide x 40" deep
stainless steel product hopper and pnuematic plastic lift up cover
with 96" long x 11-1/2" wide inclined cleated belt has 2-1/4" high cleats on 8-1/2" centers
to 60" OD rigid disc high speed centrifical bowl feeder to air conveyor designed
to transport the lids from the bowl feeder to the overlidder that
has a 132" long x 4-1/2" wide plastic Delrin conveyor belt with 15"
and 32" long container worm screw in feed, 36" long cradle chain container handling conveyor
with dual gripper pockets, 4-1/16" wide lid chute and 15" long roller lid compression section.

Remote control panel with AB PLC controller with variable speed controls
and on board control pad with start, stop, jog and e-stop
