How X-Tri 100 works: The grapes coming from the destemmers are
distributed on the vibrating belt and brought to the belt with optical unit.
The optical sensor detects the various defects (leaves, stems,
insects and foreign bodies) and ejects them with an air stream.
The clean product is taken directly to the crushing unit for further processing.
The optical system also detects unripe grapes (of different color)
which can be removed together with the other defects.
The defects to be removed can be set via the touch screen.
The X-Tri 100 line can process up to 10 t/h of grapes.
The performance depends on many factors, such as the grape variety,
the degree of ripeness, the amount of defects, etc.
