Davis Standard 52″ Wide 3 Roll Stack

Davis standard model Exemplar cooling and polishing stand
with three 52″ face chrome plated rolls mounted in a vertical arrangement
for down stack operation.
The top roll measures a nominal 18″ in diameter, while the middle
and bottom rolls measure nominal 30″ in diameter.
Chrome rolls are hydraulically actuated via a 7.5HP hydraulic unit.
Roll gapping via servo motor with control. Rolls are driven
by a 10HP inverter duty motor with encoder through a gearbox via a silent chain
and sprocket.
Includes pull roll stand with 52″ x 8″ diameter rolls
and a 5HP drive system idler roll conveyor
and stand-alone three zone water temperature control system with heaters,
heat exchangers, and one (1) 10HP and two (2) 7.5HP water pumps.
Last used in line with a thermoformer. Complete with integral electrical cabinets
and pendulum operator controls with AB Panelview 550 touch screen.
460V/3ph/60Hz operation. 142 amps.
