heated air cooled, and non-vented barrel at a 42″ centerline.
Water cooled feed throat with a 5.5” wide x 9” long entrance.
Gearbox is rated at 365 HP at a service factor of 1.5
with a 17.40:1 reduction ratio.
Oil cooling system for the gearbox with heat exchanger
and shaft mounted oil pump.
Gearbox is belt driven by a 250 HP Teco / Westinghouse
crusher duty A/C motor.
Motor is mounted on the same steel plate as the extruder.
Offered less inverter.
Barrel has a 6” Dynisco model EZ-60 hydraulic slide
plate screen changer mounted on the discharge.
No hydraulic power pack or temperature control panel.
