Extruder has 30:1 L/D ratio with a six (6) zone electrically heated,
air cooled, and non-vented barrel at a 42″ center-line.
Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 17.39:1 and is rated at
321 HP at a service of 1.25.
Gearbox is belt driven by a 150 HP D/C motor with SCR control.
Includes free standing temperature control panel less instruments.
Gearbox cooling with pump and heat exchanger.
Screen changer with power pack is mounted on
the extruder discharge.
