Davis Standard 130mm (5.1″) model 130IN45HT extruder.
Extruder has 32:1 L/D ratio with a seven (7) zone electrically heated,
air cooled, and non-vented barrel at a 42″ center-line.
Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 17.29:1 and is rated at 365 HP at a
service of 1.5. Gearbox is direct driven in a wrap-around manner by
a 250 HP D/C motor with SCR control.
Includes shaft mounted oil pump and heat exchanger for gearbox cooling.
With freestanding Twelve (12) zone temperature control panel less
temperature controllers.
Continuous screen changer is mounted on the discharge.
