Davis Standard 130 mm (5.1″) model 130IN45HT extruder.
Extruder has 32:1 L/D ratio with a seven (7) zone electrically heated,
air cooled, and non-vented barrel at a 42″ center-line.
Gearbox has a reduction ratio of 17.29:1 and is rated at
365 HP at a service of 1.5.
Gearbox is belt driven in a wrap-around manner by a
250 HP D/C motor with SCR control.
Includes shaft mounted oil pump and heat exchanger for
gearbox cooling. With freestanding fourteen (14)
zone temperature control panel less temperature controllers.
Screen changer with hydraulic power pack is
mounted on the extruder discharge.
