Cumberland Granulator, Model C-1000, 20″ x 40″ opening,
dual flywheel, high torque, twin shear rotor,
new blades( 5 fly knives and 2 bed knives),
150 HP motor(rebuilt), 1782 rpm, new screens,
split chamber for ease of cleanout..
Granulator bearings checked and oiled(in good shape).
Has large feed hopper. Includes a large control panel with
a Soft-Start .
This granulator was designed for
heavy duty high capacity granulation and
suited for heavy duty extruded purgings,
sheet, pipe scrap, x-ray film,
post consumer baled bottles and film and fibers.
The dual fly wheels and twin shear rotor design allows users to
run high outputs with lower HP.
