Crepaco Fill Station

Fill Station, with (2) Crepaco 3 RI pumps and pneumatic drives
All stainless steel volumetric filler station,
uses (2) Crepaco size 3RI positive displacement pumps.
Each pump is driven by an air cylinder
with a programmable timer to enable portion control.
Max volume (full cylinder stroke) is .344 gallon.
User can control dispensing from this .
344 gallon down to zero output.
Currently this unit is set up for both pumps
to dispense together for a total of .688 gallon max per cycle.
Filler can be set up with external trigger
to activate fill cycle (ie, photo eye,
prox switch, foot or knee lever).
The hopper is 44"x32"x36" deep.
Unit will need refurbishing prior to use.
Max fill per pump is .344 gallon or 1,302 cc
or 79.46 cubic inches per pump cycle.
