Crepaco 3HD620, Lab Homogenizer

That was previously used in Nabisco’s lab
for producing A-1 Steak Sauces and similar products,
as shown in the attached photos.
This is a Crepaco Model 3HD620,
operating at 440 volts, 3 phase.
It features three Sterling mechanically variable speed drive gear motors,
each attached to a homogenizer head.
The head model number is CP Rota Pro #SSHE.
Additionally, it includes a water-cooled 10 HP cooling
compressor (R-12) attached to the unit.
