This Cream pasteurisation unit suitable for producing pasteurised cream
on a small scale. for heating and cooling,
Mounted on SS skid, mobile on wheels.
Kettle 55 ltr. with agitator, double jacketed for water circulation
and insulated, with heating element 9 kW.
Plate heatexchanger as cooler (Schmidt Sigma 7 NCN).
Water buffer heatable. A lobbe productpump (tri lobbes)
to pump the cream through the cooler,
and 2 x hotwater circulation pumps and electric boiler.
Can be combined with a standard 100ltr Van het Riet churn
(All controls with temperature controlles and frequency drives
