Automatic, stainless steel,
mini monoblock vial filling and stoppering system,
rated up to 40 strokes per minute with number of vials –
depending on materials application and amount of fill.
All stainless steel, sanitary, wipe down construction.
Fill range up to 60ml with ± accuracy of 0.5% of volume
and is capable of handling 1ml to 100ml vials or straight wall tubes
and stoppers both with proper change parts.
15" OD disc unscrambler, with star wheel in feed and discharge,
single filling head with Model F400X piston filler and 12" OD
stopper feed bowl and chute with no vial / no fill / no stopper sensor,
hood isolation and laminar flow system for use in clean room environment
and 14" wide x 21" long vial discharge accumulation tray.
Control panel has PLC controller with readout and start,
stop, e-stop push button controls.
Mounted on stainless steel base frame with interlock safety guarding.
Capable of handling aqueous solutions
which the solvant is water up to light oils.
