Cornell VERSATOR DE-AERATOR
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
in 316 grade stainless steel
for the removal of entrained air
gas or foam from liquids under a high vacum condition
When connected to
a vacuum source (i.e. vacuum pump having the ability to achieve around 29” hg) aerated liquid is drawn in by vacuum
The liquid then spread into a thin film of high surface area across the curved surface of a high speed spinning disc
the entrained air/gas/foam bubbles are separated from the liquid and removed via the vacuum pump exhaust/discharge port
Additional benefits of using the versator include blending/mixing homogenising
dispersion and emulsification
The de-aerated liquid is then discharged from the versator
