from 30 to 150 containers per minute – depending on materials
and application. Containers size range: up to 6-1/2" in
Diameter; 2" to 8" in Height. Equipped with integrated cap feeder,
20 x 20 x 17 cap hopper, disc unscrambler / feeder, cap chute,
button and head. 108" long x 3-1/4" wide belt conveyor
with worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge,
no container / no cap and torque open chucks,
set on 12" centers. Control panel with cap sorter
and capper speed control dials, turret in feed, star wheel feed,
screw jam and cap chute low indicator lights.
