Equipment characteristics:
- Chassis:
• Table in 304L stainless steel sheet, thickness 5mm.
• Feet in 40x40 stainless steel square tube, equipped with 4 casters, polyamide brakes.
• Around the perimeter 4 casings in 304L stainless steel sheet, thickness 15/10.
• Mackrolon safety doors on 4 sides.
- Tray:
• Rotating and indexed to 12 positions – External Ø 600mm.
• Equipped with 12 forms in 304 L stainless steel, for receiving pots.
• Emptying of the tray with stop of the functions when the last pot passes.
- Unstacking of the pots:
• The magazine is designed to receive 100 to 150 pots.
• The unstacker releases the pots one by one into the stainless steel forms of the tray.
- Milk product dosing:
• Stainless steel base on removable trolley with wheels, with variable speed 168 rpm.
• Stainless steel pump body type MULTIDOS 40 - SMS 25 - gears or 3-branch lobes.

• Option to put at the end of the channel, either a rotating table, a stainless steel table on casters, or a stainless steel conveyor with plastic chain.

• This waterproof box fixed under the table includes the management controller, pneumatic components, such as distributors, electrical components, such as relays, connections, a 24 VDC power supply and a frequency converter.
