Fimal Concept 350
Supporting structure machined with a numerical control machine
with a single placement to guarantee the flatness and orthogonality of all measurements.
The adjustment of the depth of the groove or engraving is carried out simply by rotating the bushing with decimal numerical counter.
The Concept is equipped with a panel reading system capable of determining its width by automatically positioning
the blade nearby of the end of the panel itself, avoiding waiting for empty runs with consequent time savings.
In addition to making the machine safer, the full-length presser guarantees excellent holding of the piece, also ideal for non-planar panels
or thin.
Like any traditional squaring machine, the Concept can tilt the blade up to 46°, the inclination is managed by PLC with decimal digital display
Housed on a mobile pedestal, the control panel is easily transportable to any work area both on the front and back of the machine.
Equipped with a PLC with memory of up to 250 programs, it manages up to 3 axes with independent displays:
for the rear guide, the blade inclination and the blade projection (on request).
In the control panel there is a Start button for positioning the axes, a 3-position selector that allows you to choose the functions of engraving only, engraving and cutting, cutting only, further optimizing the machine's cycle.
Start cutting cycle with pressure maintained until the presser is completely lowered, avoiding accidental intrusion by third parties.
Potentiometer for adjusting the speed of the blade carriage, from 1.5 to 40 m/min.
Cutting length 2600 mm.
