Cleveland CT-2000 Range/JC Pardo Cook/Chill Tank with Baskets

Rated at 2000 Lbs has fully insulated outer stainless steel jacket,
propeller agitator, cooking heat exchanger
and steam heater built into tank with overflow protection,
programmable time/temperature chart recorder, timer,
and meat probe for automatic cooking and cooling.
The tank also features 2 separate covers with hasp for padlock.
All plumbing and electrical components are enclosed in stainless steel console.
In addition the tank has thaw timer, 2-pen chart recorder
for permanent record of water and product time/temperature.
The tank comes with four baskets.
