Horizontal servo driven form, fill and seal machine.
Rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute with number of product –
depending on materials, application and machine configuration.
Film Specifications: up to 36" wide on 3" core.
Equipped with 18" wide x 72" long transfer conveyor into sealing machine.
Sealing head set with (15) lanes, (5/16") wide side seals,
18" wide (4) lobe end seal, tear notch station,
slitters and knife cut off. Includes (2) stainless steel film roll carts.
Control panel for the Circle has an AB controller
and an AB PanelView 1000 touch screen display.
Mounted on heavy duty frame.
24" wide x 60" long infeed conveyor with adjustable lanes
and (2) Branson, Model 2000,
Ultra Sonic cutting heads mounted on a walking beam.
