Works with chocolate and compound chocolate (does not have built in tempering)
Machine has extra removable chocolate tank on a trolley plus spare infeed grill,
pump and pipe system, filter and veil box to allow
for quick change over without the use of tools.
The infeed grill is removable for easy cleaning.
The chocolate tank is heated - 61 litre tank volume.
