Carman FBP-422, Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer and Cooler

Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer and Cooler Processor,
Stainless steel. 40" wide bed x 8 drying zone and 63" cooling zone.
This system is capable of processing up to 5,000 pounds per hour
of materials such as 1/8-inch diameter peppercorns
with a bulk density of 35 pounds per cubic foot.
Reduces moisture content from a maximum of 14% to 9%
while handling product temperatures up to 180F at
the inlet and cooling them to 100F at the outlet,
with a maximum operating temperature of 250F.
The Model FBP-422 is powered by approximately 7.5 HP
force vector drive operating at a 1/8-inch stroke
and runs on a 230/460V, 60Hz,
3-phase electrical supply.
Natural gas fired. On mezzanine.
