Carle & Montanari Chocolate Moulding Line

For Mould sizes 275 x 205mms, with approx. 350 to fill the line
Runs at around 12-14 moulds per minute,
Approximately 200-2400Kgs per hour depending on Mould configuration.
Updated with some parts from PTL MACHINERY (New Zealand)
Also, a specially built PTL MACHINERY One Shot Depositing Head.
Automatic Mould Loading, Mould Warming, Depositing Section (either one shot, solid, solid with inclusions), Mould Vibration,
then into Mould Cooling, Exit from Cooling to Mould Twisting (to loosen product from mould), Mould turnover Device, De-Moulding onto conveyor,
Mould Return Conveyor under the line to start.
Lots of sets of Moulds included with this line, including 80-100g bars, 45-50g bars, chocolate bears, chocolate frogs, etc.
Also a matching Depositing Plate for each set of Moulds.
Line also includes an
AASTED AMK-500 Chocolate tempering Machine with Chocolate Pump.
