BVM Comtex Film Packaging Machine

The BVM Comtex is a film packaging machine for packaging different products
with various dimensions together.
Various sensors measure each product and the machine automatically adjusts
the height, width and length of the packaging.
The machine responds to the increasing demand for flexibility,
which is particularly important for packaging in e-commerce.

Weld width: 750 mm.
Foil width: up to a maximum of 825/825 half-tube foil or 1700mm flat foil with the folding trestle option
Foil roll diameter: approximately 400 mm diameter (1500 m format)
In- and out-feed belt: steplessly adjustable in speed by means of a frequency converter
Clearance height: standard up to 150mm but optionally up to 220mm, see option 758.
Construction height: height of input and output conveyor belt is 850 mm ± 50 mm.
Product setting: 100 settings can be stored in the memory
Capacity: depending on product size and film quality up to 20 packs per minute
Connection: power connection 400 Volt, 50 Hz, 3-phase neutral and earth
Electrical Software: Siemens TIA.
Electrical Hardware: Siemens S7-1500.
Connection value: 20kVA.
Compressed air: 6 BAR, air consumption approx. 1 NL per cycle
