Btiring room 6hl simatec - 4 fermenters 6hl simatec

The White Wolf Cooperative Brewer (26) sells
its 6hl semi-auto brewing room with 4 6hl fermenters
from Simatec bought in early 2020,
because we have recently gone to 20 hl.

This brewing room allows up to 730 l of must in 7
to 9 hours depending on the recipes.
With the 4 fermenters of 6 hl you can aim
for a minimum monthly production of 2200 liters of beer.

List of equipment sold for the brewing room:
- 1 tank pasting, boiling (730 l maximum must) and whirpool
Steam shirt heater, perfect multi-pallier management
Mechanical blade with management of the direction of rotation allowing mixing or whirpooling
- 1 platform for access to the pasting, boiling and whirpool tank
- 1 filtration tank (210 kg maximum malt)
(triangular) filtractular background consisting of 5 demountable panels without tools. Unloading of the grains by front door.
- 1 hot water tank with electrical resistance (540l)
- 1 water circuit board exchanger
- 1 electric steam generator (equipped with two resistors, we used only one on the two so as not to be above 36 kva)
- on trolley: 1 washing pump and 1 pump screw material for transfers between vessels and to fermenters
- 1 right-hand filter for transfer before plate exchanger
Duration connections

We take charge of some room changes to leave you the bathroom in the best conditions: flowmeter, gaskets, emergency resistance for hot water tank...
