Bruker Tensor 27 TFIR infrared spectrometer
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectrometer (FFT) Trents 27 Revised
revised Bruker equipped with a DTGS high-sensitivity detector.
The spectral range is between 370 and 7500 cm-1 and the resolution is 1 cm-1.
A revised second-hand Microspectrometer RED RED
A TRANSFORMED FORMED (TERTF) Hyperion 2000 Bruker
equipped with two detectors (4000-560 cm-1) and (4000-450 cm-1).
The microscope is equipped with reflection x 15
and transmission x 15 lenses and an ATR Germanium x 20 lens.
The coupling of the Hyperion 2000 microspectrometer
with the Tensor 27 spectrometer allows
the analysis of microscopic samples
(plastics, colloids, medicines, minerals,
various organic compounds, etc.)
and to carry out maps to assess variations in composition
with a resolution of the order of 30 microns.
The use of an ATR Germanium objective makes it possible
to carry out these analyses directly on the raw
or prepared samples (spectral range 4000-450 cm-1).
Maintenance carried out on both devices in October 2020
by Bruker on the following points:
- New laser 5 years,
- New separator with 4 mW laser (used),
- New DTGS detector (complete) ADC 23200,
- Optical alignment verification (Interferometer and detector),
- Signal verification on ATR x 20, in transmission mode
with lens x 15 and in reflection mode with objective x 15,
- PQ DTGS OK test.
