Brückner 3 Layer BOPP Line

Originally built in 1984 but upgraded in 2004 with new thickness control and drives.
This is a 3 layer line with a final width of 6400mm.
The output is around 1750kgs/hour or 270m/min speed.

Main extruder is Bandera TR270/28D (single screw)
Coextrusion 1 is also Bandera, but TR60/32D
Coextrusion 2 is Leistritz ZSE 67
