- The semi-automatic RTM proofing chamber is intended
for the pre-proofing of dough pieces,
for bakers producing between 800 and 1500 dough pieces of 100 to 1000 g per hour.
- Can be used discontinuously (by one person)
and continuously (by 2 people);
- loading is manual or automatic,
motorized unloading towards the moulder.
- Because they incorporate self-supporting bodywork,
- the design of the RTM resting chambers makes
possible heavy loads, without risk of deformation.
It also allows the swings to move silently without risk of blocking.
- The swings are fitted with treated felt gutters to prevent
sticking and keep the humidity level of the dough pieces constant.
