• VC-710 Gluing unit with TEKNO GLUE system for optimal gluing in all working conditions

• Gluing for EVA glue - Glue pot for hot-melt glue
• QM-701 Pre-melting device for hot-melt glue
• Cutter for cutting the edge in rolls complete with automatic adjustment of the shear pressure
• Edge pressure roller unit with timed rollers on straight profiles - No. 1 + 5 pressure rollers with positioning with CNC control with 4-position revolver

EDGE PART:
• IN-801 End trimming unit for cutting the excess edge on the front and back of the panel.
Pneumatic tilt with 4 positions with pre-selection of the cutting angle from the control panel.
FLEX system for trimming with controlled protrusion: allows you to adjust the cutting position of the blades from the control panel to obtain a predefined protrusion of the edge.
• RI-701 trimming unit with numerically controlled positioning for trimming and chamfering the excess edge in the upper and lower part of the panel
The unit can be tilted from 0 to 45 degrees – FAST-RI system with 2 working positions.
• Rounding unit with 2 CR-202 motors for automatic rounding of the edge corners in the upper and lower part of the panel
Complete with Fast system with 2 positions pre-selectable by numerical control
• Edge scraping unit RBK 502 to eliminate imperfections resulting from previous processes on the upper and lower part of the edge
Complete with chip collection box
• Glue scraping unit RC700 to remove excess glue residues from the junction point between the edge and the panel
• Overlapping brushing unit SP-700 with 2 motors for cleaning and polishing the edge of the panel
