Vertical end trimming:
With two 0.75 HP motors at 12,000 rpm, workpieces unit 70 mm minimum length (with max 5 mm edge thick).
Nr. 02 dust extraction outlet Ø 40 mm.
The unit can be inclined from 0° to 15°.
The inclination is made pneumatically from the control board with a selector.
Tools details: nr. 02 circular blade Ø 85 mm.
Panel width: min. 08 mm. – max. 60 mm.
Edge thick: max. 5 x 64 mm.
The system allows setting the straight cut while adjusting the tracer, however, for the inclined adjustment because
of the screw the unit positions can be used to move the unit toward the panel (cutting more) or away from the panel (cutting less)

Edge trimming unit (can be inclined)
With two 0.75 HP motors at 12,000 rpm. Vertical and lateral
ROTATING tracers, dust extraction outlet Ø 80mm.
The unit is manually adjustable and can be inclined from 0° to 15°. Is also equipped with a 2-position system, used just when the unit is inclined,
where we can preset the adjustment for 2 different edge thick (ex.: 0,4 mm, or R=1, R=2 o R=3 mm edge thick).
The unit is equipped with combination: R=1, R=2 o R=3 tools (these tools are meant to work with wood edges up to 5 mm and R=1, R=2 o R=3 mm ABS made)
Panel width: min. 08 mm. – max. 60 mm.
Edge thick: max. 0.4 – 5 mm (2 or 3 mm for coil edges as veneer, melamine or PVC).

RCL Glue Scraper:
To remove the excess glue from the edge.
Vertical ROTATING TRACERS, and nr. 02 reversible knives.
On the unit we have installed two air blowers used for tool cleaning.
The exclusion/insertion of the unit is pneumatically controlled from the control panel (ON/OFF).
The dust outlet Ø 60 mm diameter aspiration system.
Nr. 01 dust extraction outlet Ø 80 mm.

RPC Scraping unit:
To remove and clean the knife marks.
Vertical and horizontal ROTATING tracers with nr. 02 tools R=1, R=2 or R=3 for radius clean.
The exclusion/insertion of the unit is pneumatically controlled from the control panel.
Nr. 04 digital counters are installed on the unit for a precise adjustment of the lateral and vertical tracers.
The dust outlet Ø 60 mm diameter and the chip box for separated aspiration.
The liquid sprinkler helps the cleaning operation taking off the excess of glue (pic. 05a) and the chip box with dust outlet.

Buffing unit:
With two 0.35 HP motors that can incline at 3,000 rpm for removing the excess glue.
The unit is equipped with: nr. 02 rag dis Ø 100 mm. (approx)
