Vertical End Trimming :
With two 0.75HP motors at 12,000 rpm, workpiece unit 70mm minimum length (with maximum 3mm edge thick)
and up to 100mm panel length (with edge thick from 3mm up to 5mm).
Saw chamfer from 0° to 15°, the chamfer is made pneumatically from the control board with a selector switch.
Tool details: nr. 02 circular blade Ø 85mm.

Tiltable Edge Trimming Unit :
With two 0.75HP motors at 12,000rpm.
Vertical and lateral tracers (Machined Pads).
The unit is manually adjustable, tiltable from 0° to 15°.
Quick set device for different banding material thickness – up to 3mm.
The unit is complete with 4 numerical counters for the vertical and horizontal adjustment.
The unit is equipped with combination R=3 tools (these tools are made to work edges up to 5mm wood or R=3 for PVC.
The exclusion/insertion of the unit is manually adjusted.

Quick Set Device for Trimmers:
Side tracing wheel moves in/out to quickly adjust to changes in edge thickness.
You can pre-set positions or simply insert edge tape between the moving and stationary block to quickly adjust to your specified edge thickness.
This greatly reduces changeover time.
Can adjust infinitely from 0~3mm

MR Scraping Unit
To remove and clean the knife marks when using 3mm PVC.
Vertical and horizontal tracers with nr. 02 tools R=2 or R=3 for radius clean.
The unit can be pneumatically excluded by selector on the control board (On/Off). Nr. 02 digital counters are installed on the tools- holders for a precise adjustment.
The liquid sprinkler helps the cleaning operation taking off the excess of glue (Pic.05a) and the chip box with dust outlet.

Buffing Unit:
With two 0.35HP tiltable motors.
The unit is equipped with: nr. 02 buffing wheels Ø 100mm.
