Rotary filler, with 1 Head.
Previously used for (herb) butter. Stations: Cup destacking,
double detection, Main doser (200-250 gram),
piston diameter 100 mm and a piston doser for smooth products.
Including hopper, agitator (manual cleanable)
no stirrer shaft, interleave paper dispending by vacuum,
push station (interleave paper direct on product)
snap-on lid and a outfeed on +/- 1,8 meter (width 13 cm) conveyor.
Machine has plexiglas safety guards
and has a manual central greasing system. 6204 production hours only.
Controls: Siemens Logo CPU and manual buttons.
