Complete used production line for nonwovens in T-shape.
Capacity: 300Kg/h
This special line can produce a wide variety of nonwovens, such as for mattress, insulation, furniture, automotive and clothing industries, separating layer in multi-composite systems and others.
The producible weight per unit area is between 300 - 3000 g / m² depending on the raw material used.
Use of raw materials: natural fibers and man-made fibers PES 1.6-3.3 dtex, VIS 1.7 dtex, PP fibers 11 to 17 dtex, glass fibers 12 to 24 µm, recycled fibers.
Processable fiber lengths up to 80 mm.
The performance of the system is up to 600 kg / h depending on the raw material used and the weight per unit area.
Width of the finished product: 2500 mm,
YOC of the line: 1993, constantly modernized and overhauled.
State-of-the-art electrics and controls, EL: 380 V / 3Ph / 50 Hz,
