Beckman Coulter CytoFlex SRT 4 Laser V5-B2-Y5-R3 System

The CytoFLEX SRT 4 Laser V5-B2-Y5-R3 benchtop cell sorter integrates advanced technologies
that simplify setup and operation, enabling researchers to focus on their scientific work.
It features four active lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 638 nm) and 15 active fluorescence detectors.
The system is equipped with 15 repositionable bandpass filters: 450/45, 525/40 (x2), 585/42,
610/20 (x2), 660/10 (x2), 675/30, 690/50, 710/50, 712/25, and 780/60 (x3).
The CytoFLEX SRT in our inventory was manufactured in 2021.
Included in the complete system are a computer workstation preloaded with the necessary software,
along with sheath and waste containers, all featuring a harness for easy operation.
