Bausch and Strobel KSF1020, Filler Liquid Monoblock

Bausch & Stroble Model KSF1020, automatic rotary stainless steel,
filler and stoppering machine rated from 10 to 60 containers per minute –
depending on materials and application.

Fill range: up to 540ml and Containers: up to 100mm in Diameter; 310mm in Height of glass or plastic
and will handle regular and slotted style stoppers (with proper change parts).

Equipped with 96" long x 3-1/2" wide plastic Delran chain container conveyor
with star wheel in feed and discharge (4) Valveless piston assembly
with (4) 3/16" OD nozzles mounted on 24" long slide bar
and 17" diameter vibratory stopper feed bowl and press on station.

Remote control panel with start / stop drive, belt, metering pump,
stopper and star wheel controls with e-stops, safety guarding
and mounted on stainless steel base frame.
