Plastic recycling equipment by co-extrusion system,
composed of two twin corotating screw extruders BAUSANO MULTIDRIVE – 4 X 2 system,
Their general condition is Excellent, always with a permanent
and impeccable maintenance. Suitable for recovered materials
from thermoplastics like HDPE, LDPE, PS, PP, UPVC, and similars.
Depending on the types of plastics and their specific weight,
the productions working in Co-Extrusion, would be around 1.500 to 2.000 kg/h.
Can also work only with the main extruder, in which case the production would drop
to 30/40% less.
The MULTIDRIVE transmission system, with corotating screws and 4 efficient motors,
is a reference technology in the extrusion world guaranteeing the highest quality
and precision, even in large production volumes.
By distributing the movement in four different points,
this MULTIDRIVE system reduces considerably the torsional stress to a quarter,
which prolongs the life of the shafts and the gearbox,
guaranteeing greater durability, improving the reliability of the extruder
and achieving significant energy savings.

This equipment is supplied without changing filters and without pelletizing system,
which can be provided according to the needs and specifications requested
by the customer.
Remarks:
The equipment can be inspected, duly disassembled and stored in Granollers,
Barcelona.
All the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical connections duly marked for their easy further assembly.
A complete metallic base (technical floor) is included for the proper installation
of the equipment and electrical wiring with ease and safety.
All technical, maintenance and electrical diagram documents will be provided.
With the corresponding fees to be agreed, we can provide with loading,
transport, assembling and startup of the machinery.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENTS We describe some optional equipment,
totally manufactured in INOX and can be very interesting depending
on the composition and final product to be manufactured.
Corresponding to the main extruder: 1) To install at the Degasser.
Filtering system direct to the pump, composed of two stainless steel tanks
with three bag filters each unit and self-cleaning by air pressure jet. 2)
To install in the forced feeding: a) Dosing systems: composed of 2 independent hoppers,
each one with automatic dosing systems direct to the forced feeding hopper. b)
It can also be supplied with a dust collection system at the inlet
of the forced feeding with a filter of 10 self-cleaning bags.
3) To install at the Vacuum Pump: Gas filtering system, installed at the same outlet
of the vacuum pump, consisting of 2 self-cleaning bag filters
with 3 bag filters each.
Corresponding to Co-extruder: 4) To install in the forced feeding: Accumulation hopper
with volumetric feeding and continuous dosing system
with automatic controlled closure with direct fall to the forced feeding hopper.
