It is a CO2 laser with linear motors and uses the SPAB
Rofin Sinar laser resonator. Advantages of this laser
source: Low-cost operation Low demands on rare gases
such as Helium and Argon The machine only needs
descaled frozen air for operation. It still has its own
Donaldson freezer and therefore does not need 5.0
nitrogen for operation. Black sheets are cut with oxygen
4.0 and higher, stainless steel sheets with nitrogen 4.0 and
higher. It has a resonator of 3,500 W, which means that it
cuts black sheet metal up to 18 mm and stainless steel up
to 8 mm. It has Siemens linear motors, so it hardly
requires maintenance and does not wear out
mechanically, it has no screws or combs. The cost per
hour of cutting was always around CZK 800 per hour of
operation. They were able to keep the machine
themselves directly in operation, the resonator is a
patented device and once a year an authorized service is
performed = approx. 3,000 EUR The resonator is after GO,

The machine is a compact, welded frame poured with polymeric concrete,
